sorrel.pngBright red petals surround the seed pod, suggesting a cranberry like taste. Roselle fruits are harvested fresh and their calyces are made into a delicious tea rich in Vitamin C. Roselle tea may also reduce cholesterol and improve circulation. It is also used to make wine and jelly.
